Dr. Ashlin Alexander is a renowned facial plastic surgeon widely known for his natural approach to rhinoplasty. As one of the most sought-after surgeons in Toronto, he is thrilled to be extending his practice to offer surgical consults at HealthOne The Well. Dr. Ashlin provides a patient-centric approach and is meticulously skilled in both surgical and non-surgical solutions including rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, brow lifts, face and neck procedures, and hair transplantation. His approach is customized, thoughtful, and always centred around the needs of the patient. Dr. Naidoo is an experienced Medical Physician with a focused practice in Dermatology. She takes a compassionate, holistic, and patient-centered approach to skin care and provides dermatological care tailored to Canada’s diverse population. With a special focus on ethnodermatology, Dr. Naidoo believes in improving accessibility to dermatological care for all skin types. Further, she is committed to educating her patients on skin health through evidence-based practices.

Dr. Naidoo holds a master’s degree in Immunology and Inflammation from McMaster University, where she received the prestigious CIHR Institute of Aging Anne Martin-Matthews Doctoral Research Prize. She completed Medical School and Residency at the University of Toronto and pursued a fellowship at the renowned Lynde Institute of Dermatology. Dr. Naidoo is certified by the College of Family Physicians, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University.

Dr. Ashley Yu is an experienced Cosmetic Physician who received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Ottawa and post-graduate training in Family Medicine at McMaster University. She also holds certifications in cosmetics from the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics and Harvard University. Dr. Yu has a keen interest in skin rejuvenation, injectables, phototherapy, and laser. She’s passionate about helping people feel more confident in their own skin by providing exceptional care and treatments. Outside of HealthOne, she practices family medicine as an NBA Team Physician with the Toronto Raptors and loves to watch the NBA! When she’s not at work, you can find her travelling, exercising, doing yoga, cooking, or playing sports.

Dr. Nikki Shah is an experienced Cosmetic Physician who has worked in renowned medical aesthetic clinics across the GTA. She creates targeted treatment plans to help patients achieve natural and balanced facial rejuvenation using injectables like neuromodulators (botox) and dermal filler. Dr. Nikki’s practice focuses on providing outstanding patient education with an emphasis on taking a conservative approach for patients who are new to injectables. She always prioritizes safety and works with patients of all ages to help them achieve their goals for prevention, maintenance, and/or rejuvenation. Dr. Nikki completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Toronto and Doctor of Medicine at McMaster University. Additionally, she has completed certifications through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics and is continuing her medical education in Aesthetic Medicine at Harvard University.

Ada is a passionate and highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner Injector. She has worked alongside some of the most respected plastic surgeon in the industry, and enjoys training other nurses and physicians on the art and medicine of cosmetic injections. Ada strives to provide her patients with natural, realistic results and creates treatment plans designed specifically to match their desires. Rather than use a “cookie cutter approach”, she incorporates each patient’s preferences to deliver beautifully unique outcomes. She also works as a Nurse Practitioner at McMaster Children’s Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Outside of work, Ada enjoys spending time with her daughter and practicing Muay Thai, a form of Thai kickboxing.

Kassandra graduated from Western University with honours in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently completing her Masters in Nursing as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She has worked as an emergency nurse at SickKids Hospital for more than 6 years and where she is certified in Paediatric Advanced Life Support among many other certifications. Kassandra’s passion for skin care is what led her to a career in the aesthetic industry. As a talented Nurse Injector, she is well known for her signature mini lip plumps and creating natural transformational results for her clients. Her aesthetic eye, professionalism, and empathetic demeanour make her a well-rounded member of the HealthOne Skin Clinic team. Outside of work, Kassandra is known for her exceptional baking skills and she loves to cycle during the summer months and snowboard during the winter.

Loiza is a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Nurse Injector who is passionate about providing compassionate care and building relationships with patients. She attended Karina Zorn Academy to become a Cosmetic Nurse after obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University. Loiza has worked in Cardiology and as a clinical instructor at Humber and Seneca Colleges for the BScN program, which inspired her to practice independently and expand her career into cosmetics. Her aim is to help individuals maintain youthfulness and confidence through non-surgical alternatives. She is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and keeps her mind and body active through diet, exercise and meditation. In her spare time, Loiza enjoys hiking, reading, and brainstorming ways she can improve herself as an individual.

Desirée is a nurse with a background in medical aesthetics who has 10 years of experience in cosmetic medicine. She is dedicated to providing patients with safe and effective care that helps them achieve their unique aesthetic goals. Desirée performs treatments including chemical peels, facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, and PRP. Whether her patient’s goal is focused on anti-aging, improving skin texture, or enhancing their body, Desirée will provide individualized treatment suited to their individual needs. She graduated as a Registered Practical Nurse from Mohawk College after graduating from the Chellsey Institute of Aesthetics as a Medical Aesthetics and Laser Technologist. In addition to this, Desirée has completed additional training in laser technology, phlebotomy, and skin care.
